Bateleur Camp consists of 7, self catering guest cottages with en suite bathrooms and electricity points.
Classed as 'Family Cottages', Bateleur Camp was built in the late 1980's and consists of only 7 fully equipped chalets offering safari lodging Kruger Park. Many of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and each bedroom is either air-conditioned or has a ceiling fan. All units at Bateleur's safari accommodation in Kruger Park is serviced daily and supplied with bedding, towels and soap.
Attractions at this Kruger National Park camp include barbecue facilities at each cottage and at the recreation centre. Wood can be bought in the camp. Each of the units also has its own electricity points and TVs that broadcast SABC 1,2,3 and E-TV. Open parking is available.
A conference room can accommodate 34 delegates for workshops or team building exercises at Bateleur's safari lodging. Available equipment include projection screen, flip chart, white board, TV, video recorder, overhead projector and slide projector (carousel).
A reed-enclosed boma adjoins the conference room. The boma is complete with barbeque facilities and bread oven where one can enjoy the Kruger Park nightlife and atmosphere. Paraffin lamps at Bateleur's safari accommodation in Kruger Park enhance the mellow vibe of the boma at night.
