A management course was conducted from the Monday the 17th January 2005 until 18 February with a break of a week after every week. The purpose was to help learners manage personnel on various levels, according to their own expertise. Learners who have achieved competency will be able to deal with various activities vital to the management and general leadership roles in a company.
The course was presented by Nomvuyo Molefe Associates (NMA) represented by Mr. Thabiso Matia in partnership with Assessment Outsourcing (AO) represented by David Mashite. Subjects which were presented include: The communicating manager, the leading manager, the customer manager, the managing manager, the empowered manager, the efficient manager, and the negotiating manager.
The course was accredited by South African Qualification Authority (SAQA) and has 39 credits from NQF Levels. At the end all learners were motivated and were inspired to take all the theoretical concepts into practice at their workplace. The morale was very high and learners were empowered says Martin Mmako, Satara Reception Supervisor.
