Enviropaedias Donated

Francois Pienaar, representing the NGO, Make a Difference (MAD), donated several Enviropaedias to trainers and others at one of the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve's recent eco-training courses. The reserve introduced the training programme last year where children of employees attend these training programmes.

Each programme runs over 2 days and some 200 children are on the programme. The recent training session had the children learn more about the role of man in nature and covered topics ranging from the food chain to erosion. The programme includes game drives where children can identify birds, animals and trees. The also get to do quizzes and create art activities.
