More Cheap Flights to Mpumalanga
Once a day low cost flights to and from Johannesburg and Cape Town to Mpumalanga are on the cards. Negotiations are underway between the Mpumalanga Tourism Authority, Nationwide Airlines and kulula.com to increase flights to the province, bringing in more visitors.
The Kruger National Park and Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport are also partners in the deal. At present only five percent of the visitors to the province fly in. The venture was announced at the launch of an new online booking system called flympumalanga.com which will allow visitors to book entire package trips to the province online. The news was posted on the Fedhasa website.
